WEBER RIVER

9 minutes - 6.2 miles

The Weber River is a 125 mile river that runs from the northwest of the Uinta mountains and empties into the Great Salt Lake. You can fish rainbow, brown, and cutthroat trout on the Weber River year round. Floating the river in the summer is also a big attraction. It takes about 2 hours to float the 5 mile course. SNOWBASIN SKI RESORT

23 minutes - 19.1 miles

Snowbasin is a world class ski resort and home to both summer and winter recreation. Snowbasin hosted some events in the 2002 Winter Olympics. Other Ogden area ski resorts include Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley.

HILL AIRFORCE BASE

2 minutes - 1.1 miles

HAFB is a major US Air Force Base, major employer in the area and a major part of the local economy. They host a major airshow every other year, our property will provide a front row view! Hill AFB also has a fun air force museum

HILL AEROSPACE MUSEUM

2 minutes - 1.1 miles

Hill Aerospace Museum is part of the United States Air Force Heritage Program. The museum has a number of exhibits and displays, including over 90 aircraft. It's also home to the Utah Aviation Hall of Fame.

TEMPLE SQUARE

30 minutes - 25.3 miles

Temple Square is a City block owned by the LDS or "mormon" church. It centers on a soaring, castle-like temple and the Mormon Tabernacle, an auditorium known as the home of the renowned Tabernacle Choir. The church family history center draws genealogists from around the world. Twice a year the Church holds a world-wide conference. Temple Square has 5 million visitors each year.

DOWNTOWN SALT LAKE CITY

Downtown SLC has plentiful farm-to-table restaurants and global eateries, along with wine bars and Irish pubs. The open-air City Creek Center mall has upscale shops while ballet, opera and Broadway shows are staged at the Capitol Theatre. Downtown Salt Lake houses the Utah Jazz, Real Salt Lake (professional soccer), the Salt Lake Bees, the Hogle Zoo and the University of Utah. Salt Lake City hosts many conventions throughout the year.

BONNEVILLE SHORELINE TRAIL SYSTEM

9 minutes - 4.9 miles

Bonneville Shoreline Trail (BST) (Bonnevilleshorelinetrail.org) is slated to connect southern Idaho to Nephi Utah, more than 280 miles. The Fernwood Trailhead connection at the base of the wasatch mountain range is just minutes away and awaits all trail runners, hikers, and mountain bikers.

DOWNTOWN OGDEN

Ogden markets itself as the gateway to the mountains. Ogden is home to the George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park featuring life-size models and a paleontology lab. Historic 25th Street, once home to Prohibition-era speakeasies, is now a shopping and dining hub. At the street’s western end, Ogden Union Station houses museums exploring trains, cars and cowboy history. Ogden is also home to Weber State University and a minor league baseball team.

HOGLE ZOO

Hogle Zoo is a 42 acre zoo located in Salt Lake City. Hogle houses animals from diverse ecosystems. Hogle is also an accredited member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums and the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums.

ANTELOPE ISLAND

16 minutes - 9.1 miles

Antelope Island receives approximately 800,000 visitors each year. We are located just off Antelope Drive and may host many travelers who wish to visit this State park. Antelope Island was named one of the top ten sunsets in the WORLD by National Geographic Magazine. The Island is a popular location for hiking and seeing bison and antelope. Antelope Island has 10-15 dry camping RV sites.
